The administration of quality
prepares periodic, routine and surprising
internal audits. As well as, external audits
that certifies the process. In the case of the
Hotel Cortez, was the Bolivian Institute of
Normalization and Quality (IBNORCA) who
developed this job.
December15/ 2003 Hotel Cortez achieved the re –
certification ISO 9001:2000. This certificate
show the Hotel Cortez as the first one in
Bolivia that has an international certificate of
quality that puts it as a leader in the Bolivian
hostelry.
