From the moment that the directory of the Hotel Cortez solved to accept the challenge of the certification, we have been working arduously in the development of the human resources and showing the advantages of the Quality System Administration ISO 9000

The Hotel Cortez promise of excellence is reflected in the quality of all its services. We are looking permanently to please the guest in their demands and to standardize the quality of the attention in all the services of the hotel.

The administration of quality prepares periodic, routine and surprising internal audits. As well as, external audits that certifies the process.  In the case of the Hotel Cortez, was the Bolivian Institute of Normalization and Quality (IBNORCA) who developed this job.

December15/ 2003 Hotel Cortez achieved the re – certification ISO 9001:2000. This certificate show the Hotel Cortez as the first one in Bolivia that has an international certificate of quality that puts it as a leader in the Bolivian hostelry.
